Mayor of Frontino has criticised General Zapateiro for his involvement in an unresolved dispute

Jorge Hugo Elejalde was elected mayor of Frontino (Antioquia) and has since joined the fight over the war between Gustavo Petro , presidential candidate, versus General Eduardo Zapateiro the Army commander. started with an attack by the Gulf Clan in Frontino this week.

The president was unsure whether the matter surrounding the massacre and attack on the seven soldiers is still being discussed. Instead, they are now focusing their focus on a struggle for power rather than pursuing the culprits.

Elejalde declared, “I call on General, instead of fighting with presidential candidates in the full Presidential Elections, Generals must concentrate on coming to protect the US, and put on his boots,”

The mayor has invited Diego Molano, the minister and general to visit Frontino for a discussion about violence issues which plague the city.
