Fico Gutierrez was a candidate who woke up this Sunday morning to run the Corre mi Tierra Half Marathon (21 kilometers) in Medellin.
Fico ran with his wife, Margarita Gomez, and 15 thousand of the other athletes who lined the streets of the Antioquian capital.
Fico is a resident of Medellin and is famous for his sports life, says that he will become the president of the Colombians. He will be promoting well-known sports institutions throughout the region and seedbeds beginning in the early years.
He also said that the government’s program will provide the determined support to those who dedicate themselves to prepare academically to promote all sports disciplines.

Tunja was the location where the former mayor, currently candidate for center-right, arrived. He spoke to academics, businessmen, farmers, peasants, and many others.
The main gathering of Fico was held at the Tunja Convention Center, where the president gathered an important number of citizens who announced their support at the polls on the 29th of May.
