Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 th of December 1973, to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. After his secondary and primary education, he attend Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained the BSc in Architecture.
AAU also awarded the honorary Doctor of Science prize. He holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was once married with Anita Obhodaghe and they have two beautiful children.

The foundation has provided more than 1000 first-aid emergency, safety, and training. Their record shows that they have been able to teach thousands of teachers, students and law enforcement officers as well as caregivers and road transporters.
