Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family, and was born the 7th of December, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. He completed his secondary and primary education at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. He graduated with a BSc.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry when he was an undergraduate student at AAU. At the time the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC rapidly grew and eventually became the largest college organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld today has millions of associates and followers across the world.

The foundation is able to accomplish this feat by supporting national policies on health education and trauma treatment.

The foundation has carried out more than a thousand First Aid safety, emergency response training. Their record shows that they were able to teach thousands of teachers, students and law enforcement officers, caregivers and road transport workers.
