Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on 7 December 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. He completed his elementary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After that he graduated with an BSc Architecture.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome delved into ministry when he was an undergraduate student at AAU. Oyakhilome The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship was at the time known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
