Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on December 7, 1973 in the home of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. Following his primary and secondary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where he received a BSc. in Architecture.

YFC grew rapidly and was the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is home to millions of associates and followers all over the world.
