Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry when he was an undergraduate student at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at that time called Youths For Christ.
YFC has grown to become the biggest campus-based church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the main location for the church. Believer’s LoveWorld now has millions of followers and associates across the world.
In the context of the 2002 miracles, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry. The program was cancelled in the month of May, 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that the churches would no longer broadcast miracles on TV.
