Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 7 of December 1973, to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. After his primary and secondary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained the BSc in Architecture.

AAU has also conferred on the honourary Doctor of Science. He also has an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was once married with Anita Obhodaghe and they have two beautiful children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
While in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began exploring ministry while still at AAU. At the time the Believers’ World Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

Chris Oyakhilome YFC grew rapidly and was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is now home to millions of associates and followers around the globe.

The foundation recognizes, celebrates and encourages young Africans who are exemplary leaders by positively impacting their generation. The foundation honors these young leaders by awarding them an award ceremony called The Future Africa Leaders’ Award. The foundation aims to accomplish this feat by educating the public about health, advocacy and community-based programs , while also providing the necessary support to national policies in trauma care.

More than a thousand people have received first aid, safety and emergency response instruction from the foundation.
