Chris Oyakhilome Biography of The President of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, a television host as well as an an author. He is president of Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated, also called Christ Embassy International.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family and was born on December 7, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He attended secondary and primary school, then he went to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria, where he got a BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also awarded the honorary Doctor of Science Award. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was one time a husband to Anita Obhodaghe. He and her have two beautiful children.

While still attending AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his journey into the ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

Oyakhilome YFC grew, and it became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church’s headquarters. The Believer’s LoveWorld has millions of followers and associates all over the world.

BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on TV across Africa through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” programme in 2002. The program was canceled in May 2004 , when the president Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria announced that churches should cease broadcasting miracles.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry encompasses four areas: publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry; and teaching ministry. He has also created the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, which is an environment that encourages miracles and a healing school.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative created to explore and expand the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation helps young Africans who show leadership and can positively influence their generation. They do this through education in youth empowerment, as well as mentoring.

The foundation honours these young leaders through an award ceremony called The Future Africa Leaders’ Award. It is held on the first day of each new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena, (LCA), Billings Way Oregun, Ikeja. The President of BLW Reverend Chris Oyakhilome presents an award to the winners.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for Children is a faith-based Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005, to reach the poor, needy, orphaned and vulnerable children who are homeless in the world.

This foundation helps these vulnerable children and communities through providing an inclusive and sustainable program including child development programmes for childcare , family strengthening programs for innercity missions for children’s schools, as well as other programs.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to improve the quality of life and overall health of communities as well as nations through promoting improved emergency response services for incidents and emergency situations. The foundation is positioned to support national policies concerning trauma treatment through advocacy, community-based health programs, health education and advocacy.

The foundation has provided over a thousand first aid, safety, and emergency response courses. They have also trained thousands of police officers, teachers and caregivers, as well as road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps provides humanitarian aid to refugees as well as internally displaced populations in countries that have been affected or are at risk of being destroyed by natural or human-made disasters.

The outreach consists of a network of christian health professionals, paramedics, and students from all over the world. The volunteers offer emergency medical treatment, emergency assistance and long-term health care solutions to those who are in need.

Bible For All Nation
Bible For All Mission is an christian non-profit organisation which is committed to the creation, distribution and global distribution of the Bible for all ages and genders in the way they comprehend. Through this, they are able to be able to hear God’s Word, and receive his life-changing message. BFAM successfully distributed hundreds and thousands of Rhapsody Bibles for free to prisons, hospitals and hospitals as well as communities in several countries which included South Africa and Nigeria. The program was able to achieve this feat through an extensive global network of bible sponsors and volunteers.
