Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, a TV host, and an author. Chris is also the president of Believers’ LoveWorld Inc. and is also known under Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family and was born on 7 December 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. Chris Oyakhilome Biography Following his primary and secondary education, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where he received a BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also gave the honourary Doctor of Science Award. He is also the recipient of an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was earlier married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome entered into ministry while he was still an undergraduate student at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was then known as Youths For Christ.

YFC rapidly grew and eventually was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry with millions upon millions of members around the globe has been renamed Believers LoveWorld.

Through its 2002 atmosphere for miracles, BLW was the most prominent Christian ministry on TV in Africa. The program was canceled in May 2004 , when the president Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches must stop broadcasting miracles.

They do this through education, youth empowerment and mentoring.

The foundation recognizes the efforts of these young leaders with an award ceremony called the Future Africa Leaders” Award. This award ceremony which started 5years ago, takes place on the first day of every year’s new year in the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is a religiously-based not-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005 the organization was founded to help the poor, destitute, orphaned, and children who are vulnerable .

The foundation helps these destitute children and their communities by implementing sustainable and participatory interventions which include child development programs as well as childcare programs and family strengthening programs, InnerCity Mission for Children School, etc.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to improve the standard of living and the overall health of communities and countries by encouraging better emergency response services in case of incidents and emergency situations. The foundation is able to help in the implementation of the national policies for trauma care by supporting their advocacy as well as health education and community-based initiatives.

The foundation has run more than 1000 first aid emergency, safety, and training. The foundation has trained over 1,000 instructors, law enforcement officers as well as caregivers and road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps, a Christian medical outreach is committed to providing aid supplies as well as medical assistance and education to people who are internally displaced and refugees living in areas affected by natural and man-made catastrophes.
