Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on December 7, 1973 in the home of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. He completed his elementary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After his graduation, he received an BSc Architecture.

Through its 2002 environment for miracles, BLW was the most popular Christian television ministry in Africa. The broadcast stopped in May 2004, after the former president of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles must be stopped by churches.
Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four distinct parts of publishing ministry (healing ministry) TV ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). These destitute children are supported by the foundation with participatory interventions, which include strengthening family programmes , as well as child development programmes.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The Trauma Care International Foundation was established to improve the health and life expectancy of local communities and nations by promoting better emergency response in the event of accidents or emergencies. The foundation is positioned to help national policies regarding trauma care by promoting community-based health programs, health education and advocacy.
Over a thousand people have received first aid and safety training from the foundation. The foundation has trained over 1,000 instructors, law enforcement officers, caregivers, and road transportation employees.
Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps, a Christian medical outreach that is dedicated to providing aid supplies as well as medical assistance and education to internally displaced persons and refugees living in areas that have been affected by natural or man-made disasters.
This outreach consists of a network comprised of paramedics, Christian health workers and students from all across the globe. They provide medical assistance as well as emergency assistance and long-term health care solutions for communities and regions that are in need.
VMC also provides healthcare services to communities underserved and manpower development for doctors in the local area. VMC outreach welcomes all with a goal to improve health, and also provide humanitarian aid to those in need.
