Chris Oyakhilome. Biography and the philanthropy of the president of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, a television host and an author. He is the President of Believers’LoveWorldIncorporated. It is also known to be Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first child of the Oyakhilomes having been born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. After his secondary and primary education, he attend Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained the BSc in Architecture.

AAU also granted him an honorary Doctor of Science prize. He is also a doctoral honorary from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they are blessed with two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
While still in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a pupil. He began exploring ministry while still at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.

Chris Oyakhilome Family YFC grew and became the largest fellowship on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church’s headquarters is in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld has millions of associates and followers across the world. Through the”Atmosphere for Miracles” series, BLW became Africa’s most well-known Christian ministry through television. They stopped airing the program in May of 2004, when the president of the time, Nigeria – President Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should stop airing miracles on the television.

The Pastor Chris ministry Chris is divided into four distinct areas that include publishing ministry, healing ministry television ministry, teaching ministry and TV ministry. The foundation celebrates the accomplishments of these young leaders with an awards ceremony, The Future African Leaders Awards. This ceremony is held at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena(LCA) Billings Way Oregun Ikeja. The President of BLW – Reverend Chris Oyakhilome, presents the award to the winners.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is an religiously-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005, the NGO was established to assist the poor and homeless, orphaned and vulnerable children of .

Children and their families are supported by the foundation’s participative and sustainable interventions. These include programs for childcare as well as child development programs and family strengthening programmes.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was founded to improve the health and longevity for communities in the area. They also support improved emergency response services in the event of are accidents or emergencies. The foundation is positioned to support national policies concerning trauma care by promoting health education in the community, community-based programs, and advocacy.

The foundation has run over 1000 first aid, safety, emergency response training. The foundation has taught over a thousand police officers, teachers, caregivers, and road transportation workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a global church that provides medical aid and assistance for those internally displaced or refugees from areas affected by natural or manmade catastrophes.

The network is made up of paramedics, Christian health workers, and students from all over the world. These volunteers provide assistance with emergency care, and also viable health solutions for areas in crisis.

VMC also offers health care services to communities in need as well as training for local health professionals. VMC welcomes anyone whose primary goal is to improve health and provide humanitarian aid to those who are most in need.

Bible For All Nation (BFAM).
Bible For All Mission (BFAM), a christian non-profit organisation is committed to establishing production, distribution, and global distribution of the bible to people of every age and gender, in the format and language they can comprehend. Through this they can hear God’s Word and experience his life-changing message.

BFAM provided many thousands of Rhapsody Bibles to individuals and communities, prisons as well as private and government institutions worldwide.
