Chris Oyakhilome. Biography and the philanthropy of the president of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome (Nigeria) is a television host, pastor and an author. He is President of Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated and is also known as Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome, and was born 7 December 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He completed his elementary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After graduation, he earned a BSc Architecture.

AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also has an honorary Doctor of Science from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was one time a husband to Anita Obhodaghe. He and she have two wonderful children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
While still attending AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his journey into ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at that time called Youths For Christ.

YFC quickly grew and became the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld now has millions of followers and associates all over the globe.

BLW was the most well-known Christian ministry on television across Africa thanks to its”Atmosphere for Miracles” program in 2002. The show was canceled by the president Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2004.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four different branches that include publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry; and teaching ministry. These ministries are what was used to develop the healing school, the environment for miracles and Pastor Chris’s global prayer network.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation has been created to study and enhance the leadership potentials Africans. The foundation recognizes and encourages youngsters Africans who have displayed outstanding leadership skills by influencing their generations positively. They achieve this through education and youth empowerment .

The foundation recognizes the efforts of these young leaders with an award ceremony known as the Future Africa Leaders’ Award. This award ceremony which started 5years ago, is held on the eve of every new year, at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. Winners receive an award from the President of BLW – Reverend Chris Oyakhilome.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is an religiously-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005 the organization was founded to help the poor, needy and orphaned children living in the poverty of their homes.

The foundation assists these disadvantaged children and their communities by offering participation-based and sustainable interventions like child development programs for childcare , family strengthening programs for innercity mission children’s school, in addition to other programmes.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was founded to increase the quality of life and the longevity of local communities as well as nations. The foundation also advocates for improved emergency response in the case of accidents or emergencies. The foundation has been established to support national policies concerning trauma care through advocacy, health education in the community, community-based programs, and advocacy.

More than a thousand sessions of training in emergency and safety were provided by the foundation. Their records show that they have been able to train hundreds of teachers, students and law enforcement officers caregivers, road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).
The Volunteer Medical Corps is a worldwide christian medical outreach which is dedicated to providing relief supplies, medical assistance as well as health education to people who are internally displaced and refugees in areas affected by natural or man-made catastrophes.

The outreach comprises students from across the world as well as paramedics, christian healthcare professionals. The volunteers offer assistance in emergencies, and also healthy and sustainable solutions to health problems for regions in crisis.

VMC also offers local health services and training to health workers. Anyone whose primary intent is to improve health and offer humanitarian aid to those in need are welcome to participate in the VMC outreach.

Bible For All Nation (BFAM).
Bible For All Mission (BFAM) A christian non-profit organisation is committed to developing production, distribution, and global distribution the bible to people of every age and gender, in the format and in the language they comprehend. This ministry helps people understand God’s Word and also the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

BFAM has distributed hundreds of Rhapsody Bibles at no cost for people who are in prisons, hospitals communities, as well as public institutions all over the globe.
