Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 7 of December 1973 to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. After his primary and secondary schooling, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained an BSc in Architecture.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome AAU also presented him with an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds awarded an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe once, and they have two children.

While still attending AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his journey into the field of ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship which is today Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.
