Chris Oyakhilome, a Nigerian TV host and pastor, is the author. He is president of Believers’LoveWorldIncorporated, also known to be Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first of his family to be born. Following his primary and secondary education, he went to Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where the university awarded him a BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science prize. He also holds an honorary Doctor of Science from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe and they have two gorgeous children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
While still attending AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his journey into the ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.

YFC was quickly growing and soon was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is today a global church with millions of members and associates all across the globe. BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on television across Africa through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” programme in 2002. The programme was canceled in the month of May, 2004 by the president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that churches would stop broadcasting miracles on TV.

Oyakhilome Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four distinct parts of publishing ministry (healing ministry) TV ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). The Future Africa Leaders Foundation, an initiative that seeks to increase the leadership potentials Africans, was created. The foundation acknowledges, honors and encourages young African leaders who have had a an impact on the generation they lead. They achieve this through education and empowerment of youth, mentorship and mentorship .

Chris Oyakhilome Family The foundation recognizes the efforts of these young leaders with an award ceremony known as the Future Africa Leaders’ Award. This award ceremony that began five years ago takes place on the first day of every year’s new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. The winners receive an award by the Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (President of BLW).

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for Children is a faith-based Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 with the intention to assist vulnerable, low-income orphaned children around the world.

Children and their families benefit from the foundation’s participative and sustainable interventions. These include child care programmes including child development programmes, as well as programs to strengthen families.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created in order to improve the life expectancy and health status of communities in the local area. The foundation’s mission is to accomplish this goal through community-based programs, advocacy, health education as well as advocacy. It also supports national policies regarding trauma care.
