Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first of his family to be born. Following his primary and secondary education, he went to Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where the university awarded him a BSc. in Architecture.
AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science prize. He also holds an honorary Doctor of Science from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe and they have two gorgeous children.

YFC was quickly growing and soon was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is today a global church with millions of members and associates all across the globe.

The InnerCity Mission for Children is a faith-based Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 with the intention to assist vulnerable, low-income orphaned children around the world.
Children and their families benefit from the foundation’s participative and sustainable interventions. These include child care programmes including child development programmes, as well as programs to strengthen families.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The TraumaCare International Foundation was created in order to improve the life expectancy and health status of communities in the local area.
