Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on the 7th of December, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome After his secondary and primary schooling, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained an BSc in Architecture.

AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was previously was married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

While still in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began to explore ministry while still at AAU. The Believers LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was then known as Youths For Christ.

YFC grew quickly and became the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the headquarters of the church. Chris Oyakhilome Believer’s LoveWorld is an international ministry that has thousands of followers and associates all across the globe.

Through its 2002 environment for miracles program, BLW was the most prominent Christian ministry on TV in Africa. They stopped airing it in May 2004 , when President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches should stop airing miracles.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry encompasses four areas that include publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry and the teaching ministry. These ministries are what he used to create the healing school, the setting for miracles, and Pastor Chris’s global prayer network.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative that aims to enhance and develop the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation supports and celebrates youngsters Africans who have demonstrated leadership skills by making a positive impact in their own generation. It does this through education, youth empowerment as well as mentorship.

The InnerCity Mission for children is a religious-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 in order to reach vulnerable, poor, orphaned children in the world.

The foundation helps these destitute children and their communities by implementing sustainable and inclusive interventions, which include child development programs, childcare programmes Family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School and more.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma care International Foundation was created to enhance the quality of life and health in local communities and nations. The foundation also advocates for improved emergency response services in the event of emergencies and accidents. The foundation’s mission is to assist national policies on trauma treatment through advocacy, community-based programs, health education and advocacy.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Over a thousand training sessions for emergency safety and security have been given by the foundation. Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).
The Volunteer Medical Corps, a Christian medical outreach, is dedicated to providing aid material, medical assistance and education to people who are internally displaced and refugees in regions that have been affected by natural or man-made disasters.

The outreach consists of a network of Christian health professionals, paramedics, and students from all over the world. They provide medical assistance as well as relief aid and healthy solutions for health to communities and regions that are in need.

VMC also provides healthcare services to communities unserved as well as manpower development for local doctors. VMC outreach is open to anyone whose main purpose is to improve health of people in need and provide assistance to those in need.
