Chris Oyakhilome. Biography and charity of the President of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, a television host, and an author. He is president of the Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated, also known to be Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on the 7 7 of December 1973, to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first child of the family. Following his primary and secondary education, he attend Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained an BSc in Architecture.


AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science prize. He is also a recipient of an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was at one point a man who was married to Anita Obhodaghe. He and her have two beautiful children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry journey while still at AAU. The Believers LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.

YFC was quickly growing and soon was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld is an international ministry that has millions of followers and associates all across the globe.

BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on TV across Africa through its atmosphere for miracles programme in 2002. They stopped airing the program in May 2004, after the former president of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles should be ceased by churches.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four distinct parts: publishing ministry (healing ministry) and television ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). He also has created the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, an environment for miracles, as well as healing schools.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative created to explore and expand the potential for leadership of Africans. The foundation helps young Africans who exhibit leadership qualities and can positively influence their generation. They achieve this through education and empowerment of youth, mentorship and mentoring .

The foundation honors the young leaders with an award ceremony named The Next Africa Leaders’ Awards. Held at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena in Billings Way (LCA), Oregun and Ikeja, the award ceremony is five years old. The winners receive an award from the President of BLW the Reverend Chris Oyakhilome.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is an faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 with the intention of helping the most vulnerable, the poorest orphaned and fortunate children around the globe..

Children and their families are supported by the foundation’s sustainable and participatory interventions. These include child care programmes as well as child development programs and family strengthening programmes.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was established to improve the life expectancy and health of local communities. The foundation has been established to support national policies concerning trauma care through advocacy, community-based programs, health education and advocacy.

More than 1000 classes in first aid, safety, and emergency management have been conducted by the foundation. Their record shows that they were able educate thousands of teachers, students, law enforcers caregivers, road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps, a religious outreach of the church that is dedicated to providing aid supplies as well as medical aid and education for internally displaced people and refugees in regions that have been affected by natural or man-made catastrophes.

The outreach consists of a network of Christian health workers, paramedics and students from all over the world. The volunteers offer relief assistance, medical aid and sustainable healthcare solutions to those living in areas and communities which are experiencing crisis.

VMC also offers local health services as well as manpower education for health professionals. VMC welcomes anyone whose primary goal is to improve health and provide humanitarian aid to those most in need.

Bible For All Nation
Bible For All Mission (BFAM) is a Christian non-profit organization, is dedicated to developing production, distribution, and global distribution of the Bible to people of every age and gender in the format and in the language they understand. This outreach helps them to discover God’s Word, as well as the life-changing message he has for them.

BFAM has successfully distributed thousands of free copies of the Rhapsody Bible to communities, hospitals, prisons and other government and private institutions across the world, including Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Turkey. The outreach was able to achieve this feat through an extremely tight worldwide network of Bible sponsors and volunteers.
