Chris Oyakhilome. Biography and charity of the President of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome (Nigeria) is a pastor, television host and an author. Chris is also the President of the Believers’ LoveWorld Inc., also known under Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 7 of December 1973, to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. He received his elementary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University. After his graduation, he received the degree of BSc Architecture.

AAU also presented him with an honorary Doctor of Science award. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Reverend Chris was previously was married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Minister
While still at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his journey into ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC grew and was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the main location for the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is now a global ministry with millions of followers and associates around the world.

In the context of the 2002 miracles, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry. The show was cancelled in the month of May, 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that the churches would cease broadcasting miraculous events on television.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry includes four arms including publishing ministry to heal and teaching for television, and a television ministry for television ministry. Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation has been created to study and expand the potential for leadership of Africans. The foundation honors, recognizes, and supports young African leaders who have made an impact on the generation they lead. They do this by educating and guiding youngsters and encouraging youth empowerment.

The foundation honors these young leaders by awarding them an award ceremony known as The Future Africa Leaders’ Award. It is held on the Eve of each new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena, (LCA), Billings Way Oregun, Ikeja. The president of BLW Reverend Chris Oyakhilome, presents the award to the winners.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is an faith-based not-for-profit Organisation (NGO). The organization was founded in 2005 to assist vulnerable, low-income, orphaned children in the world.

This foundation aids these poor children and their communities by offering an inclusive and sustainable program including child development programmes for childcare and family strengthening programmes for innercity mission for children school, and other programs.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to improve the quality of life and the overall health of communities as well as nations by promoting better emergency response services for incidents and emergency situations. The foundation plans to accomplish this feat by educating the public about health, advocacy and community-based programs , while also providing assistance to national policies on trauma treatment.

More than a thousand sessions of training in emergency and safety have been offered by the foundation. The foundation has also trained more than 1,000 teachers, law enforcement officers as well as caregivers and road transportation workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps is an international medical outreach of the christian faith. It offers relief supplies medical aid, relief, and education for refugees and internally displaced people within affected regions.

The outreach comprises of a network of Christian health workers, paramedics , and students from across the globe. The volunteers offer relief assistance, medical aid and sustainable health solutions for those living in communities and regions which are experiencing crisis.

VMC also offers services such as health care in areas that are not well-served and also education for health workers in the community. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome VMC is available to all who has the primary intention of improving health and providing humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable.

Bible For All Nation
Bible For All Mission (BFAM) is a Christian organisation, is committed to developing, producing and global distribution bibles for all ages. The Bible is accessible in every language and format that they are familiar with. The outreach is helping people to understand the Bible’s word and its life-changing message.

BFAM successfully distributed hundreds and thousands of free Rhapsody Bibles to hospitals, prisons as well as communities in numerous countries, including South Africa and Nigeria. Because of the strong knitted group of Bible sponsors around the world the outreach was feasible.
