Pastor Chris The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on 7 December 7 1963, in Edo State, Nigeria, grew up in a family of faith, supported by loving and loving parents. He is the father of Elder T.E Oyakhilome who was one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City. Angelina and the matriarch Oyakhilome were also his parents. Her divine grace was passed on to her son at an early age.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome attended Edo College and was awarded the scholarship of Bendel State University to study architecture. He also holds an honourary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He received a call from God to be a minister and serve the Lord.

The Man of God created what would eventually become one of the largest church congregations in the world when He was still a student at the university. He had the small group of prayer known as “Youth for Christ,” which eventually evolved into one of the most well-known organization of its kind on campus and would serve as the basis for the future Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated with millions of followers across the globe.
Pastor Chris led the LoveWorld ministry to become the pioneer of satellite TV and Christian production and programming on television. LoveWorldSAT broadcast the first Christian television station from Africa across the world, throughout the day, via free-to-air networks.
